After the successful sale of a ~$350M Australian financial services firm, Keith Wright, founder of Square Shaped Circles, turned his attention to a deeper question: why do some leaders recognise possibility while others remain constrained by the present?
He worked with coaches, consultants and artists around the world, exploring how people see and experience life. From this exploration emerged new lenses through which to view enterprise, leadership and possibility.
This inquiry drew him to thinkers and creators who dared to see differently. Our team has carried that same instinct into enterprise. We built and exited a 70-person New York digital agency later acquired by Paris-based Publicis Groupe, and developed an international professional services platform uniting coaches, consultants, CEOs and HR leaders around world-class intellectual property and training that has helped SMEs flourish globally.
